Terms
Terms of use
The short version, in plain words. The full terms for the app will be published before release.
Last updated 7 October 2026. Draft.
The website
You may read and link to this website freely. The fixtures, results and standings shown here come from the leagues' official statistics feeds and are shown for information; check with the league or club before travelling to a game.
Names, crests and video
Club and league names, crests and colours belong to the clubs and leagues. Video is shown from, or linked to, the official channels of the clubs, leagues and broadcasters that publish it. Hoops is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, club, broadcaster or governing body.
The app
Hoops is pre-release. When it is available the terms for accounts, posting, the Scorekeeper and acceptable use will be published here and in the app. Nothing in the app is a betting product and Hoops carries no betting content.
Liability
We do our best to keep the data right and the service up, and we make no guarantee of either. Use Hoops at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.
